Wood enclosures are glued, screwed, coated and grinded before painting.

Conveyor chain transports the cabinets through the painting line.

We use ecological, water based one component lacks as well as more durable two components polyurethane lack for the touring range products. Custom colors are available on request.

Flying hardware is made using precision CNC milling machines.

The electronics for the self-powered cabinets are manufactured with great attention to detail and are carefully tested.  

Quality control is integrated deeply into the assembling process, each driver and crossover are tested and saved into a data bank.
