Overview

The LINUS10-C is a four channel loudspeaker management amplifier providing 10000 W total RMS power output. Aimed at both installation and mobile applications the light 19”/2U package incorporates 4-in, 4-out DSP, network and amplification to deliver maximum flexibility, reduced rack space, less weight and reduced system cost.

LINUS-C ENGINE – the class D output stage topology delivers high power with enormous headroom providing significant improvement of the system performance in dynamics and transparency.

LINUS-C CORE – the SHARC floating point DSP processor ensures a lot of processing power enabling the integration of sophisticated audio algorithms. The advanced signal processing includes IIR and phase linear DS-FIR filters for perfect linearity and superior sound performance as well as look-ahead and frequency dependent limiters for increased system headroom.

LiNET-C – transmits digital audio over a shielded CAT5e cable. Up to 4 digital audio signals can be sent to each amplifier via LiNET-C, buffered and sent to the next unit via the LiNET-C link out for daisy chaining. The signal routing inside the LINUS-C can be done remotely or using the encoder on the front panel. LiNET-C is compatible to LiNET, but limited to only four digital audio signals.

LINUS Control – Ethernet based graphical user interface for fast and flexible system configuration, tuning and control, intuitive and straight forward system design.

APPLICATIONS

The LINUS10-C contains presets for use with CODA Audio loudspeaker systems. Combined with LINUS Control, the ethernet-based graphical user interface for channel independent, fast and flexible system configuration, tuning and control, intuitive and straight forward system design, enables quick setup time and provides the utmost in audio clarity and performance.

Factory presets are included and 10 user-defined snapshot slots are available.
